lyrics
Something had me last night shakin’ with a big fright
Woke up from a bad dream, ‘twas the worst I’ve ever been in yeah
Thunder crushing everywhere, spiders in my underwear
Monsters following my steps, lions having me for breakfast yeah
But I turned ‘round in bed, and I saw your face
And the dream went away
Now I don’t care – ‘cause I’m the king of the mountain
If you’re with me – I’m the king of the mountain
Life can sometimes be a drag, nosy neighbours and traffic jams
Bandmates who don’t know their parts, or finding out that you’ve run out of pot
But I feel ok, I’m living day by day
And I know I’ll grow old But I don’t care – ‘cause I’m the king of the mountain
If you’re with me – I’m the king of the mountain
Yes I feel ok, I’m living day by day
And I know I’ll grow old But I don’t care – ‘cause I’m the king of the mountain
If you’re with me – I’m the king of the mountain

Oh how I long for this album in vinyl format! Such smoothness. Such warmth. Such execution. This music begs to be taken along and woven into memories. Everyone I’ve shared this album with has loved it. The music speaks far and wide. Shouting out to a fellow follower, Brian Lehmann, for his excellent taste in music. If not for him, I likely would have never stumbled upon this absolute gem! Plinchmo Larduktin
Sustained by seismic psych riffs, proggy shifts, and vivid sci-fi storytelling, these Milwaukee cosmonauts command respect. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 29, 2023

so why do i love this Lp so much .. it takes back to the early 90s it has that Uk indie sound with a dazzling clear crisp production sound .its Ahead phone dream land up load .. It picks you up takes you on a journey through the late 60s while spinning through the 90s crashing into the indie baggy sound then brings back home again .. Sublime .. steviemoore
