lyrics
There I stood, on the limits of a town that had no name
I was wasted, I was tired and I felt framed
With no chance of getting back to whence I came
It was cold, and the night was falling down
‘Twas much too dark, to go on my path until the morning came
So I stepped into that town which had no-
Dead end streets where violence reigns, Where life ain’t worth a damn and looks can kill,
Bloodshot eyes fixed on my nape,
And I kept my sight down babe, just kept on movin’ honey
The dogs don’t roam the streets on a town that had no name
The children have no dreams on a town that had no name
And I just walk on by, in fear that I might die
Because this city has no shame
There they stood, as I turned the corner I saw the flashing blade
I was stabbed twice in the back and left for dead
In the gutter as the steam rised from the drain
On a town that had no name,
The night is ruled by madness and decay
Once you’re there you won’t return
‘Cause once they get you babe, you will become one more of them
On a town that had no name,
The streets are paved with nightmares and dismay Once you’re there you won’t come back
So keep on movin’ baby, and join the dance now honey
The dogs don’t roam the streets on a town that had no name
The children have no dreams on a town that had no name
And I just walk on by, in fear that I might die
Because this city shows no shame

Oh how I long for this album in vinyl format! Such smoothness. Such warmth. Such execution. This music begs to be taken along and woven into memories. Everyone I’ve shared this album with has loved it. The music speaks far and wide. Shouting out to a fellow follower, Brian Lehmann, for his excellent taste in music. If not for him, I likely would have never stumbled upon this absolute gem! Plinchmo Larduktin
Sustained by seismic psych riffs, proggy shifts, and vivid sci-fi storytelling, these Milwaukee cosmonauts command respect. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 29, 2023

so why do i love this Lp so much .. it takes back to the early 90s it has that Uk indie sound with a dazzling clear crisp production sound .its Ahead phone dream land up load .. It picks you up takes you on a journey through the late 60s while spinning through the 90s crashing into the indie baggy sound then brings back home again .. Sublime .. steviemoore
